Sololeya (Solo) received her master’s degree in social work from the University of Michigan and is passionate about creating spaces where people feel seen, supported, and connected. As a therapist, she loves helping others navigate life’s challenges and fostering honest, judgment-free conversations. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring Chicago, finding new coffee shops, going to concerts, traveling, spending time outdoors, and being a proud dog mom. She’s excited to be part of Girl Talk and to help build a community where women can show up authentically, connect meaningfully, and remind each other that they’re never alone!
