GIRL TALK IS THE CHANGE

You are enough. You are worthy. You are loved.

For over a decade, adolescent girls have been facing a growing crisis of self-worth. As of 2023, 53% of teenage girls reported feeling persistently sad or hopeless. Behind these numbers are young women struggling to recognize their own worth, dignity, and purpose.

Girl Talk tells the truth…

TikTok teaches our girls to be sad.

Instagram tells them they’re not pretty enough.

  • “Even though I didn’t know these women who were talking at my high school coffeehouse, I felt like I really got to know them because they told me about their experiences when they were my age… And guess what? They’re not just perfect and beautiful sitting up there..they actually went through challenges in their lives, just like I’m going through.”

    High School Senior

  • "I felt safe, heard, and supported. It has been so helpful to be around other moms who are trying to love themselves more so that they can better love and serve their families. I experienced this grounding of who I was and whose I was…knowing that I was  created, I was loved, I was enough…I didn’t have to be perfect…and I didn’t have to earn it. That was already done for me."

    Girl Talk Mom

  • “Seeing all those women use their testimonies and their unique gifts was so incredibly authentic, and really left a mark on me. I normally don't expect to get anything out of these events (I always expect to hear the same stuff I've heard before) but this year was genuinely targeted towards me, and genuinely soul-nourishing.”

    High School Senior

  • “Your honesty, vulnerability, and approachability have been a great gift to the school. In true Girl Talk fashion, your visit has opened the door to communication and provided a common language with our girls.”
