This Halloween, join Girl Talk for Sweat & Sip—a feel-good morning of Pilates, smoothies, and connection. Whether you're coming with friends or showing up solo, it's a chance to move your body, meet new people, and do something a little different this Halloween. Women and men are welcome!
Halloween gives us a chance to put on a costume and become someone else for a little while. But in everyday life, we can feel pressure to hide parts of ourselves or be who we think the world wants us to be.
What if we made more space to take off the mask, come as we are, and let our own light shine?
That's at the heart of Light Her Way: creating a world where every girl knows her worth, experiences belonging, and never feels she has to find her way alone.

Girl Talk is taking over the patio at Reunion by Chef Art Smith on the Navy Pier for a summer happy hour you won't want to miss.
We’ll have raffle baskets worth fighting for and our featured cocktail at a discount, the Duck Duck Goose. Come learn about our mission and help light the way for the next generation of women and girls.
Tabs run individually (gratuity's already built in), and if you want to enjoy a spectacular light show afterwards, Navy Pier fireworks kick off at 10 PM.

What Was I Made For?
In a world of pressure, comparison, and perfectionism, many girls begin to question their worth.
At this Girl Talk retreat, high school girls will be invited to slow down and explore a deeper truth: that their value is not found in achievements or approval, but in their inherent dignity.
Through inspiring speakers, reflection, small-group conversations, and creative activities, girls will experience a supportive space to grow in confidence and connection — at their own comfort level.
By the end of the morning, participants will walk away feeling encouraged, grounded, and reminded that they are enough.
