Director of Operations

Natalie serves as the Director of Operations at Girl Talk, working closely with the Executive Director to support the organization’s vision through strategy, operations, team communication, and project management. She helps ensure Girl Talk’s day-to-day systems run smoothly while supporting the team and special projects that move the organization’s mission forward.

Her connection to Girl Talk began in 2025, when she connected with Julie. She quickly felt drawn to Julie’s passion and the heart behind Girl Talk’s mission. What began as a connection with Julie grew into an opportunity to become part of a community and mission she is incredibly passionate about.

Natalie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Sacred Heart University and a Master of Business Administration from Sacred Heart University’s Jack Welch School of Business. She also played Division I lacrosse at Sacred Heart, where she developed a strong foundation in leadership, teamwork, accountability, and resilience.

Outside of Girl Talk, Natalie loves spending time with family and friends, going on long walks, and enjoying time outdoors. 

I Girl Talk because, as a former Division I athlete, I know firsthand how challenging the transition to college can be. Finding your identity and learning to believe in yourself outside of your accomplishments can be difficult. Looking back, having a community like Girl Talk to remind me of my inherent worth would have meant so much. I’m passionate about helping create that same sense of confidence, support, and belonging for the next generation of girls.
