Girl Talk Ambassador
Allegra currently works in legal marketing on the Pitches and Proposals team at King & Spalding. She previously received her bachelors' degrees in Communications and French and a certificate in Product Design at Northwestern University. During her undergraduate tenure, Allegra interned at a high-fashion consulting agency in Paris and presented a thesis on the exploitation and sexualisation of the premature female body in Western media. Allegra found her Catholic faith through encounter with Christ while living abroad, which she explored upon returning to NU to conclude her studies. At NU's Sheil Catholic Center, her faith was stewarded by mentors and peers in fellowship, theology, service and missionary discipleship. Furthermore, she completed the one-year Catholic Scholars Program with a focus in theological studies and leadership opportunities in service and witness to faith. She was honored to orate the Graduation Mass Speech outlining her personal encounter with Christ and the impact of faith on her mental, physical and spiritual well-being and development. Outside of work, Allegra enjoys learning foreign languages, including French and German which she is proficient in, playing guitar and singing, going to see live-music with her three siblings, baking gluten-free recipes and running along Lake Shore Drive. In the future, she hopes to pursue a law degree to counsel others with a Christ-centered perspective.
